Me, my partner and our 1 year old child came here for a week long holiday. The hotel room had broken tiles, no kettle or fridge or anything. We complained to reception that it was dangerous, especially for a young child, to have broken tiles in the room. We also needed a kettle to make her bottles and a fridge for her fruit, yoghurts, etc. They said the best they could do was give us a different room when someone else checks out of theirs, that they don’t provide kettles or mini fridges. The food in the hotel was absolutely vile! We tried both breakfast and dinner and it was inedible. The pool area was fine but the children’s pool was still too deep for our daughter. We were so disappointed and upset that our second morning there we decided to pack up all of our stuff and check out of the hotel. When we told reception we were leaving early all they said was “OK” and took our key cards. No apology, no effort to help us, no offering a refund. We then travelled over 3 hours to salou and paid another €700 for a hotel for the rest of the week where we finally started to enjoy our holiday. This hotel is an absolute joke and a complete waste of money.

Im not usually one to complain and I looked at the reviews and there was good and bad so we thought sod it we will give it ago ... I wish I would of read more about the bad reviews this hotel from start to finish is the worse weve stayed in ... Pool over run with school kids Food is disgusting we spent more money eating out and we went all-inclusive...waste of money Staff were rude Someone went into my daughters room at 3am when I went and spoke to reception I got told it was a member of staff...they thought the room was empty... They just looked at me like it was ok. All inclusive drinks are poor.. Pool side food you have to pay for dont come in with the all inclusive Rooms wasn't cleaned The only good thing about this location was the supermarket over the road Dont waste your money... we definitely wouldn't be going back there

This is my first review. Usually I am always happy. But this year it was the limit. I must warn those who are wondering. If you want a vacation where it is swarming with people, noise, and everything is done haphazardly. Go there, this hotel is made for you. In the room, it is simple, there is nothing. Even the TV worked partially, no closet door, no fridge, dilapidated bathroom. No ashtray or cup, nothing. We had to ask for a glass at the restaurant to be able to take my medication in the room. The A/C did not really work. I contacted the front desk, as soon as I was pregnant and I was not feeling well. Which was really the case and I am not in the habit of complaining. They told me to wait until the next day, that maybe someone would come by. No one came, we waited all day the next day. We had booked half-board; it feels like a school cafeteria. Everyone is noisy and disrespectful. Meager choices. No explanation (especially being pregnant and having to be careful about what I eat, I knew nothing). I don't know if the children who are screaming and playing on the tables make the most noise, or if it's the servers who spend their time stacking plates by throwing them. People push you, waste food, and are ready to step on you to grab the last fry. We even saw a lady push a waitress with her stroller without apologizing. The pools close too much. One is often crowded with people and as noisy as the cafeteria. The others have no umbrellas and in a heatwave we are dying. We had to take a night in another available hotel to rest from this one during our stay. And we went home a day early because we couldn't stand it. A parking lot is paid, but that is quite common. But there are only about fifteen spots for about 700 rooms. Impossible to keep things cool in the room. They offer vending machines downstairs at the reception at exorbitant prices. If I had known, I would have preferred to pay a few euros more to have a better hotel. At the reception, no sympathy; you get the impression you are bothering them, yet we really didn't bother them. He doesn't even ask us why we are leaving early. They don't care at all. We will not go back there. These last vacations for two before welcoming a child did not have the expected effect. I do not recommend it at all.
