This year we came back after we had a fantastic holiday last year. Again the personell, the food and the pools and rooms are good and nothing to complain about. But this year when we arrived we first were forced to move to titanic royal. After multiple times of going to reception the second day we were able to go back to Titanic Palace. (Which we booked). There we didn't got the room we booked / requested but one on the top floor at the end of the hotel. We could upgrade to a swim up with 20% which we felt necessary as walking stairs was a bit difficult for 1 of US. (We now have room 6151) Also because of all of this we were promised a free late checkout as we lost 1.5 day because of moving and discussing. For our last day we didn't get any free late checkout and even spoke to other people who got there upgrade free. the hotel is overbooked and you can see that also in the restaurant with not enough cups, plates or cutlery. All these things at the start and end makes us consider if we want to come back again or accept the fact that this they can't handle it anymore. Please pay attention that you don't pay any & insist with going to another hotel. We have one more day, which will be the end of this holiday, but also with returning here again.

We spent 12 days at the Titanic Palace, a hotel associated with the Titanic Beach. Guests can enjoy both establishments, particularly for meals and pools, and the water park is shared by both hotels. 👍 The positive points The pools and the water park are really very large. For a family vacation, it is a real strong point, with plenty of space and numerous possibilities for children. My daughter was 1.25 m tall and some slides are accessible starting from 1.20 m. The lifeguards do their job very well and seriously ensure that safety rules are followed. They systematically asked her to check her height with the measuring sticks provided for this purpose. On the other hand, over 12 days, with visits to the water park in the morning and afternoon, she had to have her height checked very many times, sometimes a dozen times a day. This easily represents around 150 checks over the stay. Safety is obviously paramount, but a wristband or a badge indicating that the child has already been checked and is authorized to use certain slides could be a good solution. This would avoid repeating the same check several times a day while maintaining safety rules. 🤿 Beach and snorkeling Regarding access to the sea, you should know that the beach is very shallow for quite a long distance: there is about 20 cm of water in some places. It is therefore not necessarily ideal if you wish to swim directly from the beach. On the other hand, a pier allows access to the sea after about 200 meters of walking. Once you reach the end, you find normal depths and the access is very interesting for snorkeling. We were able to observe beautiful fish there, which is a real plus for lovers of the seabed. You just have to keep in mind that access to the sea is mainly via the pier rather than directly from the beach. 🍽️ Dining Regarding the main restaurant, we found the meals quite repetitive and sometimes lacking in flavor. For a hotel presented as a 5-star, we expected more variety and slightly more refined cuisine. 🎭 Entertainment The evening entertainment at the theater also disappointed us a lot. We found them to be of rather low quality and not really up to the standard expected for a 5-star establishment. 💶 Requests for currency exchange Finally, a rather unpleasant point during the stay: we were regularly approached by servers or other staff members to exchange euro coins for bills, because they apparently cannot exchange coins at the bank. At first, this may seem anecdotal, but after being approached regularly, it becomes quite annoying. ⭐️ Summary We appreciated the facilities, the access to both hotels, and especially the pools and the water park, which are real assets for families. Snorkeling is also interesting thanks to the access via the pier. On the other hand, for a 5-star hotel, some aspects seemed below our expectations, notably the dining, the evening entertainment, and the repeated solicitations for currency exchange. An overall pleasant stay, with very beautiful facilities, but several points that could be improved to truly be up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

I could not find one fault with this hotel the service we received was outstanding from arrival to departure the food was fantastic with lots of choice restaurants were clean we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a swim up bungalow which was away from big pool area so quieter at night but during day was next to aqua park my family were in main hotel in a two bed suite so we used our bungalow as a Base the restraint on beach was very busy but they did not run out of food the grand children had plenty choice but as aged 13 and 10 they used adults buffet which they enjoyed the cleaner for room was very good and respectful of our wishes pool outside bungalow cleaned every morning asked for a late check out as we had booked a 10pm flight no problem about £50 but was well worth it there are shops there and have a great selection I think they enjoyed a bit of bartering on way homewe said we would like to go again mabe for more than a week
