We had a wonderful 11-night stay at SeaGull Resort in Hurghada and overall had such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special mention has to go to our housekeeper, Muhammed, who looked after our room, number 189. He was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay and always made sure our room was clean and comfortable. Every day, Muhammed would make different towel animals and leave them in our room. My kids absolutely loved this and would get excited every day to go back to the room and see what the “animal of the day” was. It was such a lovely little touch and really made our stay feel extra special. What stood out to us even more was his honesty and kindness on our last day. After we checked out, my son accidentally left his silver chain behind in the room and we hadn’t even realised it was missing., Muhammed quickly came looking for us so he could return the chain to my son. We were extremely grateful and really appreciated him making the effort to find us. It showed what a genuine, trustworthy and caring person he is. SeaGull Resort is very lucky to have a member of staff like Muhammed. The resort itself has several pools with plenty of sunbeds available, so we never struggled to find somewhere to relax. The entertainment team were also fantastic, very friendly and kept everyone entertained throughout the holiday. The food was good with lots of different options to choose from, so there was always something for everyone. Overall, we had a really enjoyable 11 nights and made some lovely memories here. The staff made us feel very welcome and we would definitely recommend SeaGull Resort to others.
