A great experience, very good service, the hotel is amazing, the rooms are super cool, the pool is ideal, the food is varied and good, and the entertainment is also excellent!!

I found the buffet to be quite good overall and it was mostly fine in terms of taste. However, it was unfortunately not particularly varied, so it became a bit monotonous after a few days. The rooms are basically acceptable and fine for a vacation. However, the connecting door to the neighboring room is very disturbing. Because of this, you can really hear every word from the other room, which can be quite unpleasant, especially in the evening and at night. Furthermore, our bed linens were dirty and there were still plastic fingernails from the vacationers before us on the floor. Unfortunately, we were woken up every morning by 8:30 AM at the latest by the cleaning staff shouting loudly in the hallway. In my opinion, the tennis court is clearly in need of renovation and could urgently be renewed or better maintained. On the other hand, the pool and the direct access to the sea are really great. Especially the location with the sea right at the hotel is a big plus. Overall, a hotel with some good sides, but also clear weaknesses. In my opinion, there is a need for improvement, especially with the tennis court and the soundproofing of the rooms.

Very comfortable. Pleasant. Fun. The Mermaid activity was very original. A 10/10 staff. Reception, waiters, housekeeping... Especially the entertainment team. Sara treated us great. We laughed a lot with Rocío. Thank you.
