First I have to say, that the location is very good, but that was it! The Hotel is NOT good for handicapped people, as you need to use stairs to enter the Hotel and the breakfast room in the basement. The site building has also very low ceilings and stairs to get to the lift. The first room had an AC that reminded of a helicopter landing, so loud, that even the next door room complained about the noise all night. Breakfast is in the basement and was advertised as 7:30 to 10:00am. When I arrived at 7:50 the first morning there was no bread in the baskets. It was delivered at 8:10. There is no signs on the food, so one could not see what the liquid stuff was, i.e. Yogurt or else. The Simit was constantly empty and no replenishment was made available. The juice from the machine was sugar water with a bit of taste and no juice. The bathroom had grime in the shower and many tiles were broken. As an Ex-Hotel owner I can promise you: If you clean the shower every day, no grime can settle, so your staff is not cleaning regular and good!! My friend had a dental operation and all his teeth were removed. The first night he was bleeding on the blanket and a towel, the Hotel charged Euro 28 because they said they had to throw it away. Unheard off!! The location is great, the staff mainly friendly, but this is not a 4-star Hotel by International standards. In the US it is in the dirty Days Inn category! Would not use again!
Very good hotel; near to everything, restaurants, shisha(waterpipe) and water.
Avoid at all costs. Old, run down, not clean and pathetic breakfast. We stayed in room 311 but the others in our party had equally terrible rooms. Strange guy at front door of hotel asking every person passing in the street to go up rooftop. Guests staying at hotel couldn’t even use elevator because of this (only 2 people in elevator at a time). Oh- I forgot to mention no wifi in the rooms.
