We went there for our honeymoon, everything was perfect starting from the Reception and the check-in process was very easy going through our trip. Lets start with the room, it was the Swim up with the Jaccuzi and it was perfect. What we didn't know is that we can change the mattresses as we request but next time we will! The Housekeepers were amazing and keeping the room as well as the whole hotel very clean. The room was quiet and you can relax and have some nice deep sleep. The food was very high quality, service was quick and everyone was smiling and we enjoyed every second of it. A must try is the Tappanyaki (you can reserve that through the screen in the Reception or through the Receptionists). Alex Restaurant was really unexpectedly wonderful, we would like to thank Abdelghany and Moustafa from Alex restaurant as they were extremely helpful in everyway and gave us the perfect recommendations. We generally ate Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel, and they never failed us. On top of that, the hotel is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time. Overall, The price is really worth it for what you get in return. and the location of the hotel is just amazing and you can just walk around it with no worries. We will definitely come back again!

It was our third visit to this wonderful hotel. As usual we felt perfect, everything was superlative, and our friends from the staff made us feel like at home. On this way we thank for another wonderful stay to our friends from the Alex restaurant on the beach. especially Assad, Abdelrahman (Habibi), "Dulceata" - Rosdy Mohab, Mustafa and Marian. Many thanks to our friend who served us great drinks every day on the beach - Abanoub Eid - the cocktails you made for us were sensational !!! We also thank the dear Bishoy from Reception, Mena and the hole staff from the Gourmet Market, the lifeguards on the beach and at the pool, the staff from the restaurant by the pool.
