Very nice, Hotel. Very good cleaning in the rooms and the catering staff was exceptional service minded. I would clearly recommend this Hotel..!

I was really disappointed with my stay at Diamond Hotel in Sunny Beach. The hotel itself looked tired and poorly maintained. The rooms weren’t as clean as expected, and several areas of the hotel felt run down and in need of renovation. It definitely didn’t match the standard I was expecting. What made the experience even worse was the staff. I found several members of staff to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and uninterested in dealing with guests’ concerns. Simple requests were met with poor attitudes, and customer service was lacking throughout my stay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in Sunny Beach that offer better value, cleaner facilities, and much more welcoming staff.

Location to beach and restaurants excellent. All the Staff, chefs, cleaners, barstaff, reception, entertainment team were very helpful and friendly and hard working. There was always something to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great choice of fresh salad and grilled meat. Rooms are basic but adequate and cleaned regularly but could do with a little more storage. Great value for money with all your drinks included.
