Upon our arrival in the area, we were “attacked” by a homeless person trying to take a Fanta from us; as we approached the hotel's vicinity, we encountered drug addicts shooting up and smoking right at the door. As for the hotel, I can only rate the room, which was quite neglected in terms of both the furniture and the cleanliness; we found quite a few hairs on the bathroom walls, and the Wi-Fi didn't work either. Seeing this situation, we decided to leave the hotel as soon as possible.

For the value for money, this hotel deserves an absolute 5 stars. The property is very convenient, easily accessible, and just a 4-minute walk from the subway station. The rooms are clean and the staff is exceptional, all very kind and super helpful. Honorable mention for breakfast: abundant and truly fantastic! I am making a necessary note about the area: in the adjacent square there is a bit of decay and the presence of drug addicts is noticeable. At first glance it might seem strange, but I want to clarify that they don't bother anyone, they mind their own business and don't even look at you. Furthermore, almost every evening there was a security patrol in the middle of the square, so we felt safe. In summary: if you are looking for an excellent, clean, and super affordable strategic base, it is highly recommended. If, on the other hand, you are the type of traveler who is very picky about everything or who gets scared by the urban context, perhaps it is better to look elsewhere. We had a great time!
