The most disappointing experience during my trip around Scandinavia. The room was clean and the location was convenient, but the window was fixed and could not be opened, meaning there was no possibility of natural ventilation or fresh air. This was not mentioned in the room description. As someone with allergies, this significantly affected my comfort during the stay, as I had to rely exclusively on air conditioning. In addition, the window was located at the same level as the breakfast area, with guests sitting directly next to it. The noise and movement from people adjusting chairs and sitting close to the window further reduced the comfort and privacy of the room. Considering the price of the stay, I expected a higher level of comfort and basic room conditions, including proper ventilation and access to fresh air. Overall, this was not a room I would expect to be offered as a standard guest room. The lack of fresh air, natural light and privacy made the experience much less comfortable than expected.
