Well-located hotel, room in decline, air conditioning either fridge or intense heat, no adjustment possible, bathroom dilapidated, visible joints, mold,, Obviously needs to be reviewed very quickly, dining room, very unpleasant, table layout poorly designed, difficulty reaching your table as the spaces are small, in short, to be corrected.!! No shade at the pool! You literally bake!

I’ll be honest, I was a little sceptical before travelling after reading some of the reviews, but I can absolutely say that this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the rooftop bar is a real vibe, and there was always someone on reception if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, with so much variety that there really was something for everyone. And Calpe itself… we didn’t even need to leave! There are fantastic bars and restaurants all around, and we genuinely didn’t have a bad meal during our stay. We found a particular Irish bar not far from the hotel that we frequented more than once! We visited the flamingos, spent time on the stunning beach, and explored the old town, which is absolutely something to behold. But what really stood out was how well looked after we felt throughout our stay. In particular, Ricardo was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, kind, helpful and incredibly accommodating. He helped us find places to visit, arranged taxis for us and generally went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. I would also highly recommend booking a sea view room. Waking up to that view in the morning was honestly the most stunning way to start the day. We will 100% be going back to Calpe and to this hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering a visit. Thank you for making my birthday trip so special. We absolutely loved it!

I recently spent two weeks at the hotel with my partner and my little dog, on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was good. I was very happy to have cava. The tortilla server was sometimes a little dry. But it was okay. The elevator lines, for almost the entire day, were unbearable. The upstairs pool was full of children. I don't think it is the most suitable one for them. Since there are two pools, they could leave the one by the bar for adults only. It is a small pool. You cannot be listening to screaming, splashing, cannonballs, etc. We had an unexpected visitor in the bathroom, about which we gave full information at the front desk. Two ten-out-of-ten employees to highlight: Nicol, our room cleaner, and Marina Yaiza, a breakfast and pool bar server. Both of them were absolutely charming. Upon arrival, even though it was a long stay, we were not offered a room with a direct ocean view, even when one became available. And they knew it was our wish. Otherwise, a three-star rating would suit it better.
