We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was excellent, everything was clean and well looked after, and the food was very good, especially considering the great prices. The staff were absolutely amazing — very helpful, friendly and welcoming, from the reception team and minimarket staff to the restaurant staff. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping ladies, who were always so nice, friendly and pleasant. Our kids absolutely loved it here, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we really felt well taken care of. We honestly wish TripAdvisor allowed us to give 7 stars, but since 5 is the maximum, we happily give the full 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, friendly and great-value place to stay! ❤️

Worst hotel ever. Came with husband & three children about 12 at night, they were flooded in the room you could bathe on the floor of all the water. The hotel wanted us to wait for a room for a few hours because the system was down, with three children 6,4, 2 years this is impossible. We checked into another hotel to come back the next day, we paid for 4 nights because we did not agree to get compensation for being without a hotel in the middle of the night. During the first two days I chased the staff to solve the problem but nothing happened the only things I was told was that the manager wasn't there. In addition, the maid has taken towels two days from my room without leaving new ones. Lucky I had extra towels myself. Two nights the acn broke the about 26-34 degrees in the room. After 5 nights they demanded me to pay the remaining amount without any compensation when I refused and said I can do right by paying my entire bill minus the night in town they did not agree. We were finally thrown out of the hotel with three small children. They gave us 20 minutes to grab our things and check out instead of nicely solving the problem and we were willing to pay we were forced to pay and check out. After 20 minutes, three “guards” came in to the room running smoking and hotel staff to rush us out. This is the worst hotel ever! The manager pretends to be a guest at the hotel & does not dare to show himself anywhere. She even drove after us and checked to make sure we went away. Felt very strange. Don't come here! Full of dead cockroaches dirty and disgusting on top of everything. Perfect hotel in quiet area. We lived in the old part. Simple standard. The newer part of the hotel looked very nice Close to the pool and the room had working ac as well as fridge. The room was cleaned every day. A little extra when I pointed out that the floor was dirty. Breakfast was good. Had to choose from many different dishes on the menu. Very few people swimming so there was plenty of room. Many young people lived there but did very well. Pool party one day between 3pm and 9pm. Loud music but very tidy. Well organized with security guards. Had to walk a bit to get to the beach. We cooled off in the pool when we got home.
