Hello, I am in a wheelchair (I cannot stand up) and for that reason, I requested an "ADAPTED" room. They assigned me 1101, a complete disaster. The first surprise was that to be able to bathe, I had to transfer to a plastic chair that was supposedly braked by pressing a cap on the rear wheels. What a sham, there was no stability, nor did the chair hold, the RISK OF FALLING WAS MORE THAN EVIDENT. The TOILET is too high for the chair, and to top it off, its lid stuck out a couple of centimeters from the edge, which made accessing it very difficult. To top it all off, the SHOWER HEAD SUPPORT BAR was detached (a screw was missing). THE COFFEE MAKER did not work. THE THERMOSTAT did not have the dial to regulate the air conditioning. All these things and others of less relevance were reported at the front desk, and such was the situation that finally someone with a little common sense provided me access to another room with better features, 601. We returned to this hotel because we spent a few days there in October 2025, and the room had what it offered, and we liked that. There are other general considerations about the hotel; I think it is fine that pets are allowed, but what is not so good is that they share common areas, since I have seen how they get on the armchairs and touch the tables, which are not always cleaned well (due to the scarce staff attending the cafeteria). It is also unacceptable that a four-star hotel (even if they are beach hotels) allows access in swimsuits and, what is even worse, wet, entering the elevators as if it were their own home. Bad, very bad; with that rating, you have to set limits, even if we are on vacation.

A perfectly fine hotel, slightly older standard, but very good beds. A little cold swimming pool, when the sun disappeared behind parts of the hotel at 2:30 PM, it was called out. Good breakfast and cozy bar/lounge.
