We had a wonderful stay in the Charm hotel . The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained . The staff are exceptional. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice . It is also very well situated for exploring Budapest . Tram line 2 minutes walk . Close to bars and restaurants .
Great hotel. I had no issues, the hotel was in an excellent location near to food / drink and public transport- especially the bus to the Airport. The room was clean and well stocked everyday. The breakfast was a good price as I did not pre- book it with the room and they had a very good selection of breakfast items. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
The location is convenient. Rooms and common areas are really clean. The atmosphere is pleasant. But most importantly, staff is incredibly polite. I would stay in this hotel again.
Fantastic, i enjoyed my stay thoroughly. I had a situation, where I know that other hotels would not be helpful or would be helpful, but for an additional fee, but this place was so sweet and accommodating - absolutely recommend.
About the hotel:I found a real jewel in Budapest with this hotel. Very clean and cozy, beautiful details everywhere and rooms are delicious, tiny but very well equipped with all necessary space to store personal cloths and accessorize. All fornitures bathroom included, very new and modern. About the position: very central, close to the Market and to all bus/tram stops but in a quiet street. About the staff: I could see how kind and careful they are since the moment I placed the booking. They wrote me to thank and to inform me about the services like the transfer from / to the airport that I actually used. Despite our arrival flight was very late in the evening and further with one hour delay, I could stay in contact with them to keep each other updated and once landed I found the driver waiting for us. Breakfast: very various, fresh and delicious products and large range of time for breakfast (from 7 to 10.30). Definitely, when I'll go again in Budapest as for sure I'll do, it's a beautiful and charming city, I will come again to this hotel.
