Quite okay 3-star hotel, but poor cleaning. The first impression was not so good. There was feces on the toilet seat, and under the toilet seat. There was also shit on the toilet paper. I called the reception, and just got a new roll.. There was also blood on the hotel pillow. It was not allowed to use a beach ball in the pool, or bring your own water.

we really enjoyed our stay there. when we arrived, the man on reception who checked us in seemed a little bit rude, but throught the rest of our stay we spoke to different people at reception and they were very friendly and helpful, especially a lady who called local pharmacy to ask them about our enquiry for our baby. the food was OK. Lunch was the best meal with paella and variety of seafood always available. Breakfast and dinner were less impressive and could be improved (espcially bread rolls and pastry which were always hard like rocks). sunbeds were always available, at any time of the day. Beach is just 5-10 min walk away and if you want to go to city centre it is 10min drive and has a lot to offer with beautiful marina. But there are shops and restaurants within short walking distance too. The only real negative was how late the entertainment is. Kids disco starts at 9.30pm abd it is VERY loud until midnight. It was very hard to pit the baby to sleep as we could hear entertainment from the room. We usually put baby sleep at 8pm at home, (luckily it is 9pm in Spanish local time), so we just allowed him to stay up a little longer to attend kids entertaintment for half hoir or 1 hour and then take him to bed. But it would take VERY long for him to fall asleep with the noise when we would get back to the room. I think kids disco should start much earlier than 9.30 (around 7/7.30 would be more appropriate). Despite this we still really enjoyed and would come back

Vicente, spectacular, and his colleagues at the beach bar and the waiters upstairs were great too, Dani, Lola, María, the entertainers were spectacular. I hope the bosses value the staff they have there and don't let them leave, varied food every day and clean and large rooms. 100% recommended.
