Poor ventilation system. Heavy bedding that got too hot in the high room temperature. Only bathtub. Longed for a normal shower. Poorly washed in the toilet. The gray color and smell indicate that no detergent or abrasives are used there if they are washed. We had a room on the 6th floor facing the "backyard"...Claustrophobic experience. After three days we had to ask for cleaning. But it couldn't be done, as we told the reception too late. But they emptied the garbage and put in new towels. But not toilet paper (which we then "stole" from the trolley in the corridor). Even after this request, no one came to the room on the 4th day. Fortunately, we are strict about taking off shoes before we enter the room. But still, a mop round on the floor and otherwise a light wash in the bathroom. we had expected. This is not what we will choose next

Horrific air conditioning system that will make you sweat through your bed sheets. Went to reception and asked them if the AC works and they said it’s some weird central system that you can not control, and offered a fan instead. I didn’t realise that a well reputed hotel like tjat won’t have proper AC system. Avoid if you can find another hotel with good AC
