I recently stayed at this hotel with my son, booking two rooms in total. Unfortunately, our stay was completely ruined by a severe, overpowering smell of sewage and drains inside both of our rooms.It was clearly a systemic building issue, as both separate rooms suffered from the exact same foul odor. While the front desk eventually changed my room, my son was forced to stay in his smelling room until the very last day of our trip before they finally moved him. Moving him on the final day was a clear admission from the staff that the room was not fit for a guest.To make matters worse, when I asked management to provide a written acknowledgement of the plumbing issue for our records, they refused and told me to wait until a formal complaint was processed.We paid for clean, comfortable, and habitable accommodation, but instead received a terrible experience. Our booking platform (Stay for Long) is currently contacting the hotel to push for a full refund. I sincerely hope management does the right thing and approves it immediately. I cannot recommend staying here until their plumbing and customer service are seriously addressed.

First of all, we did not have the room as it was described, and it was dirty with photographic evidence; it really smells catastrophically. Everything was reported, a week of nothing but trouble, no one felt responsible, and the person at the hotel who is in charge for us has not even read the messages to this day, today 09/08/2026, the message is from 08/24/26. In addition, the food was always the same, so there was not much selection or variety, always the same thing. Drinks were in short supply for all-inclusive, and we had to pay for the rest ourselves. Ice cubes were barely there, beds are not changed if you do not report it to the reception 😡 mopping is more like a wet swimming pool with dirt in the room because it is too wet. Ants in the room by the bed.. Staff totally overwhelmed, although one has to say the young ones mostly did not feel like it, you could tell. The only one who really made an effort and was there almost 17 hours a day if not more was Mr. Hakan. Dishes were mostly dirty, extremely loud music, the path to the sea is also not as described when you go out of the hotel and have to walk on the side because there is a construction site and the cars are parked, we walk on the street and that with their traffic, so everything that is written there is a lie, so it was a lesson to me, I will never visit this hotel again.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable but I wouldn't recommend for young kids. My children wouldn't eat the food so had to go out to get them to eat. The food was bland and same thing everyday. The only member of staff who was friendly and helpful was Hakan. The location wasn't the greatest either we had to get taxis everywhere.
