The hotel was awful. my family and I including other people were trapped in the lift for 20 mins. we rang the emergency bell for 10 mins and no one came. we ended up having to ring the police as no one came to help. my kids were terrified. we were later told that the alarm does not ring at reception or maintenance. the aircon in the hotel was awful we kept doors and curtains closed and still struggled to sleep. the air con in the entire hotel was shocking room was not cleaned when we arrived and the sliding door was stuck. we were told that maintenance and cleaners would sort - this never happened. Staff were very rude and abrupt. - never again!!!

We spent 10 nights at this hotel, very clean. Food was really good, always something to find, even for the kids who are fussy eaters. Kids enjoyed entertainment through out the day and rooms were cleaned daily. Drinks were also very cheap and even cheaper if you topped up your room card and used that at the bar. I think the staff at the hotel should tell people about this when they check in as we wasn’t told, we found out by some lady, also know a few people that didn’t know about this. Location is quiet, lovely little beach around the corner, if you want to spend a lot of time in the main part of Benidorm/strip then this hotel is far away. Theirs is a bus that takes you there for €2 but can be on it for a while and can get very crammed, a taxi ride varies between €12-€14 each way. Over all we had a lovely time and made some fab memories.

The hotel in general it’s amazing , beautiful views and posh style , food - ok but not much choices , poor service, poor quality Drinks ! So bad ! Drinks and food should be available whole day , drinks machine only full in morning with fresh orange juice but after breakfast once machine are empty, there is only water left for lunch and dinner ! Shameful! Very rude staff , extremely rude ! Especially in restaurants and reception, wife never working only by restaurants and bar area never in rooms . It’s a beautiful building but that’s it

Beautiful views and great surroundings, located right next to the beach! We spoke to Danielle who was so so lovely and made us feel right at home! This was our second time coming here and it didn’t disappoint! Affordable and great fun! The rooms were kept clean and had enough space in! The noise level is at a medium volume but quiet in the evenings. The service was very good as well and there were lots of English speakers so we didn’t feel ‘behind’ or anything. All activities and amenities were clearly signposted and were great fun!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the towels were changed daily. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the themed dinners on the weekends were a nice touch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which we didn’t mind at all. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
