- kind and comprehensive welcome, even if not incredibly warm - buffet breakfast and dinner EXCELLENT: quality food, interesting and tasty recipes, great variety and freshness, the only downside is the free drinks, except for water, the drinks are undrinkable - the full-booked turnout on weekends should be managed better, these huge groups should be divided into at least 3 different shifts for breakfast and dinner, because of this I skipped 4 breakfasts and 4 dinners due to the impossibility of finding a seat - you should, during the booking phase, divide the areas between families with children and singles or couples without children and I would also add grouping the many single men and couples with 2 men together due to the affinity of schedules and recreational and sports activities, both children and men make noises that are difficult to reconcile with one another. - cleaning average, not excellent - the bungalows are spacious but would need a refresh if not a restyling (especially the bathrooms) - very beautiful gardens - nice pool even if always super crowded - luckily by keeping everything sealed, I saw only one cockroach and it was outside, removed by the cleaning staff at my request (I strongly recommend you continue with periodic disinfestation operations), there are places like Los Arcos that are failing due to the lack of periodic disinfestations - you should request a thorough cleaning from the Municipality for the glass recycling bins located outside in front of the entrance, they are obscene, give off a very bad smell, and are a breeding ground for cockroaches - I believe the embankment below the viewpoint needs new plantings or at least, in the right months, the sowing of flowering plants suitable for your climate and for the steep, rugged terrain, it is a really ugly sight compared to your gardens which are so well-kept and lush

Been coming to Vistaflor for the past 5 years and we love it. Location is fantastic €5 for taxi to get into the night life. Atmosphere is brilliant staff are so welcoming nothing is a drama, Rooms are lovely house keeping are so good and always ensure you have clean towels and keeps your bungalows spotless. It's just a lovely place to have a relaxing break. And just like to put a special mention for Nourdin he's brilliant and so polite and kind. We love this place so much we already booked for 2027. Enjoy your holiday you will love it.

Excellent place to stay. The location was superb, there were plenty of buses available at the top of the road if you wanted to go to town etc. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned every other day with clean towels provided. The pool was warm and clean. There was one day we couldn't use the pool as the edges were being painted. It would have been nice to have been advised beforehand but it didn't detract from the overall stay. The buffet for the all inclusive stay was excellent. It was fresh and there was always a good choice available. I would definitely stay there again. All in all it was a lovely relaxing holiday.
