My family of three and I went to the Europa Hotel and stayed for four nights. The room was clean, the bathroom had been renovated and was comfortable. Our room was cleaned and attended to whenever we requested it, and the staff at reception were very helpful. We became friends with Dmitris; he was very kind and helpful to us. We wanted to come this year but couldn't. We also really liked the hotel's breakfast. The pool was quite full because it was very popular with young people, so there was some noise at night, but we weren't bothered. We rented a car, so we went everywhere by car; those without a car would find the old town too far to walk to. It was close to the sea, but we never got in because of the wind. We were able to enter from the other side of the island.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Although the hotel knew in advance that we would be traveling with three small children, they never informed us that there was no ramp available. As a result, we had to carry three strollers up the stairs every single day just to reach the elevator. The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms are old and in need of renovation. Extremely dirty! Extremely noisy until 04:00am For sure Not value for money!! 0 Atmosphere If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel staff were disappointing. The housekeeper on our floor was extremely rude. In addition, some of our belongings went missing from our room. We reported the incident to the hotel, but it was not investigated at all, which was very disappointing.
