Brilliant family holiday at Riosol - we are currently here staying in 5124 and 5125. The hotel is what is to be expected for the price we paid and the 3* rating. The pool are is fantastic with great entertainment programme from aqua dance to card games around the pool. The pool is heated and is a lovely temperature. The food in restaurant is amazing - the best we have ever had for all inclusive with English sausages and bacon aswell as tasty hashbrowns aswell as your pastries and fruit etc - lunch and dinner are tasty too - I’ve had some lovely meals whilst here. The drinks are lovely - cocktails are really tasty! The staff are amazing and friendly - always full of smiles and hellos. The location of the hotel is perfect with the most amazing views!! Towels have been replaced every other day. Yes the rooms are in need of an update but for us this didn’t matter too much as we only sleep in there and get ready to go out. The beds are comfy! Thanks for a lovely stay!

In our last day here what a great place for kids ignore the reviews if you want a cheap holiday and lots of smiles for the kids this is the place! Views are amazing drinks are spot on food Is basic but easy something for everyone staff and friendly and helpful and if you want to break from hotel 5mins walk to bars and restaurants, the beach is a 6euro taxi drive. Rooms are huge with your own balcony don't get me wrong little rough on edges but adds to the feel best 3 star we've been too. Will be back again

Upon arrival we were given a room very near to reception that had a multitude of issues including being far too small for 2 people. We reported these to reception and was told the issues would be fixed however after 1 night the issues continued. We spoke with Gabriella in reception who immediately showed us another room which was far better which we moved to. Gabriella was understanding and empathetic and is a credit to the hotel. Following our room change we began to enjoy our holiday. The hotel really needs to consider not putting people in the rooms just down the slope from reception as the one we stayed in was far from acceptable. The views from the hotel are amazing and the pool area is fantastic and thoroughly cleaned each morning. We were self catering so cant comment on the all inclusive food, however the food we purchased at the snack bar was really good. The lady who works at the snack bar serving, Zayna I think is her name is also a credit to the hotel, polite, happy and hard working. Following the room change we had a really enjoyable holiday at this hotel. We would stay again but would be more cautious prior to arrival about the room we were being given.
