Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel is advertised as a 5-star, family-friendly hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was nowhere near what we expected from a hotel of this category — especially considering the very high price. The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of accessibility for families with babies. We were not even able to comfortably access the breakfast and dinner restaurant with our stroller. And when it comes to the beach and the pool, the situation was even worse. For a hotel that claims to be family-friendly, this is simply unacceptable. Having a baby and a stroller should not make it difficult to access the basic facilities of a hotel. We were also shocked that the large public restroom in the hotel lobby has absolutely no baby-changing area. There is not even a changing table. In a supposedly 5-star family hotel, this should be one of the most basic facilities. The breakfast and dinner food was nothing more than average. It was okay, but certainly not what we expected from a 5-star hotel, and definitely not what we expected considering the price we paid. The selection was also surprisingly limited. At this price level, we expected significantly more variety and a much higher standard of food. The service at breakfast was another example of the poor level of organization. We had to sit at a table where previous guests had already eaten because there were no clean tables available. Nobody came to clean the table, nobody brought fresh cutlery, and nobody seemed to notice or care. We were simply left to deal with it ourselves. Honestly, we struggle to understand where the 5-star rating comes from. A high room rate and a beautiful hotel building do not make a hotel 5-star, especially when basic family facilities, accessibility and service are missing. For the price we paid, we expected comfort, excellent service, proper facilities for families and attention to detail. Instead, we experienced inconvenience and disappointment from the moment we tried to use the hotel’s facilities. Calling this hotel “family-friendly” is particularly misleading. Families with babies should think twice before booking, especially if they are travelling with a stroller. Overall, this hotel did not come close to meeting the standards we expected from a 5-star property. The price is completely disproportionate to the experience we received, and unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this hotel.

Hotel was beautiful in a great location, very clean and breakfast was perfect with amazing views overlooking the sea. However our room was in the annex which appeared to have been forgotten by the hotel. Definitely not the same standard but still clean. Location of the hotel was perfect where you could walk for miles along a coastal path to different coves, bars and restaurants.
