The hotel was beautiful and clean. We loved the location because it is away from party areas and close to the beach. Staff at the desk tended to be lovely and let us check in early. We were shouted at by a cleaning lady and there were some unpleasant staff at the buffets that didn’t understand that my partner needed access to her crutches and could not just put them on the floor. Lines to the “main dishes” were insanely long and they need to spread it out. Guests were shouted at to queue in front of dessert blocking people from accessing dessert which was strange. Spa was a bit basic and a lot of rules were not explained for massages which made me feel awkward and not welcome. She hurt my skull and I am not completely convinced this was accidental just because I got confused and she couldn’t understand me. Hotel was quiet and the pool was very relaxing. The fact there was entertainment on Saturday was not conveyed to us at all. The hotel felt safe and the food was good. So overall a mixed bag but nice overall.

Stayed here fir 5 nights. Beautiful hotel. Originally I was in room 223 but the electric cut out, so I told reception and they moved me to room 112. Food is delicious, I went half board. Drinks are good and are reasonably priced. Pool area is immaculate. Reception staff and cleaning staff very polite and helpful. There was only one person that let the side down, an elder man on the bar. He could be so rude and definitely not polite in anyway. I wouldn't mind but I spent a lot of money at that bar. But hey ho, I just got on with it. Rooms are a very good size and immaculately clean. Would I stay again? Yes I would. But remember it's in fenals area so if you're after nightlife then it won't be the place for you. You'd need to stay in central lloret for that. Lovely little cafe/restaurant just up the road called gold star. Amazing food and the drinks are cheap. I spent a lot of money there on drinks and lunch but it was worth every penny.
