Great self catering apartments in the heart of town. Apartment was small but adequate and had a great view of mount teide and partial view of the ocean it was nice. The pool although a little small was adequate to cool off after a day of exploring. Only ate once at the restaurant the pizza were delicious. I think the restaurant is reasonably priced too. Apartment was clean and well equipped kitchen which was a positive as we love to cook. The location is central so can be a little noisy from all the town and other hotel next door but it didn’t bother us much. No aircon so some nights it did get hot there was a ceiling fan it was ok but means you sleep with a draft I got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are great friendly and helpful.
The front outside photos of it don’t do it justice, it is a beautiful, large, clean, main building with marbles floors and the staff are all very friendly and kind. The layout is lovely, the whole place is clean and in good condition. Our apartment was lovely, very well equipped, lacked aircon but units were available to rent from reception. It’s a 5 minute walk into the town centre but a 15 minute walk back up the steps, although a taxi back is €6 euros max. Menu at the restaurant was good and well priced. We hired a car and there is plenty of parking available at the hotel but you have to pay for it, I think it was €45 for the week. The parking is underground and tight but it’s parking nonetheless. We loved our stay there and would stay again.
The workers at Apartmentos Casablanca were very nice and helpful! When we got there a man helped us take our luggage to our room! I recommend calling in advance to secure a parking spot in their garage. If not, you can ask every morning if there is one available. You do have to pay for it (Totally worth it) The room was nice, but definitely not as nice as the pictures showed. It was small as well. The floors needed mopped because our feet were left brown on the bottom. You do have the option to rent an AC unit for your room. I'd do that on your first day. We weren't aware you could rent one until half way through our trip. They provide a cot for your baby for free (Didn't know that either and we'd already rented one) The restaurant had good food, sometimes just decent. It was hit or miss, but never bad! The wait there was the problem. There was live music there every night! Many activities in the hotel everyday! They do have a laundry room there, but you have to pay 4 euros to wash and 4 to dry! Very expensive since their units don't hold many clothes. The location is great!! There are so many things nearby, you don't even need to rent a car. The furthest we walked was 20 minutes for a restaurant we really wanted to try. If you want to go far, taxis are only 4 euros! The hotel is on a VERY steep hill. But you can easily bypass this by walking around the back. There are ramps for strollers/wheelchairs.
