I would like to point out the things by dividing them into the following categories: Good, bad, serious, and some aspects that should be improved. GOOD: - Rooms: the rooms are newly renovated so the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom has very good water pressure in the shower - Terrace: nice views of the sea - Location to the beach: close to two beaches so you can go to the one you like the most - Pools: large and with the water at a very good temperature. The children's area is separate, which makes swimming quite pleasant for adults. - Room cleaning service: fast and efficient. BAD:. - Elevators: there are 7 elevators (2 exterior and 5 interior). The exterior elevators have been broken every day and 2 of the interior ones have been broken intermittently, which creates quite long waiting lines during rush hour. We have had to walk down the 15 floors repeatedly. - Drink service in the dining room: the waiters do not have any PDA or any tool for this process, so they have to take your room key card out of your sight to be able to record the drinks. Due to the lack of resources, they can only serve tables one at a time, so there have been times when we have received our drinks when we have practically finished eating. - Reception: They have 9 reception windows but only 3 of them are operational, so it is inevitable to have to wait in lines for check-in and check-out. - Leisure location: the hotel is located far from the center and leisure areas - Parking: the hotel does not have enough spaces for guests and the nearby parking areas are paid zones - Nightly entertainment: always focused on music for an older - elderly audience. It is repetitive and the performances are of poor quality. - Staff: the treatment by the staff has been quite poor at times (especially during meals) SERIOUS: - I am a person with food allergies and I have found it very difficult to eat with peace of mind. First of all, the signs for the dishes are not marked, so they tell you that the only way to know the allergens is by asking the head chef. When you speak with the chef, he tells you that he can only confirm the allergens for the dishes they have prepared themselves, provided they have not thrown away the packaging the prepared item came in. This means you cannot eat safely from more than 4 dishes out of everything available at the buffet. This limitation is further intensified at breakfast time since they will not inform you of any allergens beyond those in the sandwiches and eggs. SHOULD BE IMPROVED - The shower does not have a shelf and/or basket to place toiletries, so you have to leave them on the floor. - The television: it seems you have a smart TV in the room but it does not work correctly (it does not connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network, so to use the apps you have to connect to your mobile data network) - The background music: we have heard the same 10 songs throughout our entire stay.

I stayed Monday to Friday with my grandson. The Hotel is stunning very clean rooms great choice of food entertainment in the pool I really liked it here and I am quite fussy. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and I hope to revisit in the future. There is a small beach on the one side which we preferred and then the longer stretch Levante beach the other side. Overall a great location.

The inspectors should come, fine them, and seal off some rooms for health reasons. False advertising, rusty gym!!! Enough to catch typhus
