The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Avoid!I cannot stress this enough: do not book this hotel. It claims to be a 4-star property, but it barely deserves 1.5 stars. Our experience here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.The Rooms: The rooms are extremely small. There was visible mold on the walls, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the noise level was unbearable.Hidden Fees & Nickel-and-Diming: Everything here costs extra. You have to pay for Wi-Fi. If you want hot water for tea or coffee, they charge you for it. Even the liquid soap in the shower felt like watered-down colored liquid.Cleanliness: The cleanliness is completely terrible. It felt dirty and poorly maintained.Breakfast: The breakfast was awful. Everything was served cold, there was zero variety, and they don't even know how to properly chop a salad.Staff & Service: The reception staff has a disgusting attitude. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor just by answering a question. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered.The Final Straw: We paid extra for a late check-out. Despite this, they locked us out of our rooms 8 hours before we were actually supposed to leave!Save your money and your vacation. Stay somewhere else

I absolutely would not return to this hotel. The staff but a couple (bar staff) were quite rude, never had a smile on their face, weren't very helpful at all. It was our first time abroad as a family and it was disappointing to say the least. Entertainment was rubbish. The rooms weren't very clean, bedding wasn't changed at all whilst there, rooms weren't swept. The one good thing was the location, close enough to the beach and shops etc. the language barrier with the staff was a issue. We also had our towels stolen on the last day which wasn't the best as we had 2 children in the pool and no towels to get out to as we had packed them away to leave and no staff seemed interested in helping. The food was ok. Would I recommend this hotel...no, not at all. The pool bar man was brilliant with all the guests, really friendly, he was the only one the kids spoke to the whole time we was there.

Hotel is two star at best. The food was ok for all inclusive, but the staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else in the world, than this hotel. Apart from the two pool bar staff and one waitress in the main restaurant, the rest were rude and uninterested in the guests. Animation team were anything but animated, there was zero character from them and barely any interaction with guests. The pool area is nice, but the sunbed situation is the worst we have ever encountered. Most sunbeds claimed by 3am, with guests reporting their towels had been moved and some claiming they had been stolen on the last day, two families with kids had no towels on their final day by the pool. We had to repeatedly ask for clean towels and toilet paper and the cleaners did no more than a cat lick at best. The positive thing about the hotel is the rooftop restraunt with panoramic views,butcew lfts to get you there. It's about five minutes to a beautiful beach and the mains strip with plenty going on. It's a good job really because the atmosphere at this hotel in the evening was none existent. Would I go back to Sunny Beach? Possibly. Would I go back to this hotel,never,even at half the price!
