I stayed at the kristal from the 2nd september for 5 nights. Before i went i sent them a email to see if they had a room with a walk in shower. All the staff were all very nice. I was given room 125 on the first floor. The room had the walk in shower and two single beds, it was a good size room. Very clean and beds were made every day and clean towels. I did not eat there, i like to go out to eat. But i was very pleased with my experience, and would definitly stay there again.

Great location staff are lovely and room is great basic but just what I need

It has a good location, practically in the center, near the beach. It has many deficiencies. Obsolete rooms in need of renovation, still one air conditioning split per room, without a remote, they set it to the temperature they think and you have to cover yourself, that is third-world. We ran out of water.
