Location was fab... rooms small and not very clean .... not much on for kids activities found that very poor.. all hotel bars close at 11 and most of the staff are so rude.. especially the bar staff ... nobody seems to smile.. I think in the whole week I seen maybe 3 staff that were friendly and they were the cleaning staff ... won't be back..

Hi everyone 🫶o🌴 Great vacation at the "Kuban" hotel on the Sunny Coast! 🇧🇬❤️ 05.07.-13.07.2026. stayed on the 15th floor. We had a wonderful vacation at the Kuban hotel and were very satisfied! The hotel left only pleasant impressions. 🍽️ I would like to especially mention the food - everything was delicious, varied, and everyone could find something to their taste. The food was really delightful! The staff is very pleasant, friendly, and attentive. Always with a smile, ready to help and create a good mood.🏝️🏖️🌊🥰 And the roller coasters are a whole other love! The children were delighted, skied with pleasure, and practically didn't want to leave. Thanks to the entertainment, the vacation was fun and eventful. The hotel itself is cozy, the atmosphere is pleasant, everything is conducive to a good vacation. We liked absolutely everything - from accommodation and food to entertainment and the staff's attitude. Thank you very much to the entire staff of the "Kuban" hotel for the wonderful vacation! ❤️ We left in a good mood and with wonderful memories. The hotel is spotless Staff are helpful Rooms are a little dated but still cleaned everyday Food is lovely. Something for everyone, even fussy eaters Pools are clean and not crowded You do need to be in the queue by 8.45 to het a bed but plenty for everyone The best part is the entertainment team They are so friendly and nice and made our experience better Bar staff are nice too keeping the drinks flowing Only one point to make is when booking a room ask for a room not on or facing flower street as its a noisy at night Thank you kuban hotel . Our holiday has been amazing
