There were a lot of dissatisfied customers visibly complaining on-site. Guests were not given an extended check-out time, so they were sitting in the lobby on top of their suitcases. There were very few seats available, and the reception staff spoke poor English. They can see when the rooms are already booked, yet they still let guests come back every day to ask about a late check-out. They are not very customer-friendly. Even people I know who used to love going there no longer visit because of the decline in quality. A lot of noise also comes through the room doors.

Location great right on the beach and plenty of bars,restaurants and shops around i would not personally call this hotel 4* , no tea making facilities in the room, yes you can go down to find a machine that is dispensing hot water and flavoured tea but not a drop of milk to be found anywhere. We arrived early hours of the morning and was taken to reception where we relized we had left a bag on the transfer coach, the reception staff were very unhelpful at all, all we kept being told was they are hotel based and nothing to do with tui, I asked if there was a rep coming the next day to be told again they don't deal with tui, that's who we booked with. We was taken to another reception area where we was given a welcome pack of food and drink ( check the photos) the hotel is huge so if you have mobility issues avoid as lots of stairs everywhere. The food was OK for an all inclusive something for everyone, some of the guests were down right rude, and there was a lot of pushing and shoving around mealtimes, some days we avoided the buffet altogether, the bar staff were fantastic 😀 especially the pool bar lot. If you wanted the room cleaned you have to put the door hanger on but don't expect clean towels sheets ect, all we got was fresh toilet roll. This hotel is mostly non English speaking I had to use my translator a few times on reception as they like the saying "I don't understand "
