We had a lovely stay at Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel in Türkiye and really enjoyed our holiday. The location is excellent, with beautiful Kleopatra Beach just a short walk away. The hotel itself has good facilities, and the swimming pool was always clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool, where food and drinks were served throughout the day. It was a lovely touch and made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Our room was cleaned every day and we were provided with fresh towels. On our first night, we were also given tea and coffee facilities, fruit juice, still water and sparkling water, which was a thoughtful welcome. The food was always fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed our meals during our stay. We also enjoyed the live music one evening, which created a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite and always willing to help. We found the local people very welcoming too, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our holiday package included airport transfers, and the service was very efficient and comfortable, with air-conditioned vehicles. The only thing we felt could be improved was the safe-box charge. We were charged for using the safe, but this was only mentioned when we checked out, which came as an unexpected additional cost. We had not noticed the charge on the hotel's website when booking. It would be helpful if this were made clearer to guests before using the safe. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The great location, clean pool, fresh food, comfortable room and friendly staff all made our holiday a memorable one. Thank you to everyone at Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel for making us feel welcome. I've been going to the Alayie Kleopatra for quite a few years now (since before COVID) and I have never had a reason to complain or give a bad review...... until now. My understanding is that they have new owners and they have made changes.... for the worse..... The all inclusive package has changed dramatically. Where as you could get cocktails as part of the all inclusive you now need to pay 8 euros. The food has also gone down not in quality but in variety. Three nights on the run the main choice of meat was chicken. Then a day of meatballs followed by chicken the following day . The lunch wasn't any better, cheese toasties with very little cheese just a tiny slice in the middle of the toast and the toast was like cardboard yet it had only just been made. The food was so bad that we ate outside of the hotel on 4 occasions which completely defeats the reason for going all inclusive. The only plus was the staff and cleanliness which thankfully was still great. For years I have been telling people how good it was in the Alayie Kleopatra having taken my daughter (who is now 26) there last year. And taking my nephew and his wife there this year. I was so shocked at how much things had changed. Suffice to say unfortunately after several years of being a loyal and extremely happy customer I will not be returning. I get married next year and we were going to the Alayie Kleopatra for our honeymoon. Although we will be going to Alanya it'll be at a different hotel. So very sad to see such a good hotel turn into such a bad hotel. I've had many happy holidays there but unfortunately when things have got so bad so quickly I must take my custom elsewhere

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel. Everything was top-notch—the service was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The meals were incredibly tasty with plenty of diverse options to choose from. I would definitely love to stay here again!
