A very good clean quiet hotel away from the main strip Staff are very friendly & professional Rooms are clean with a lot of space Room only rates are good value Restaurant food is typical Spanish and is over priced compared with eating out Sauna pool & gym Washing machine and Dryer are a nice Extra Over 60 and room only rates are good value for this very comfortable hotel.

This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but I would only rate it as a 2 star. The reception staff were not that friendly or helpful and our key cards never worked properly. We didn't get a room with balcony which we thought we booked, there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, The bathroom was mouldy around the bath area there were cracks in the wall. The hot breakfast food supplied in the restaurant was only luke warm and I wasn't allowed to take my coffe outside. It was also about 2 miles to the beach. Would not stay there again.

When we booked, we saw that it was a 4-star hotel; we chose a superior room (thank goodness), with the half-board option. 1st Let's start with the positive: the hotel staff is a 10, they are truly 4-star quality. Parking is another positive point, since, although it is easy to park outside, the hotel has a parking lot, although it is not guarded. 2nd The room is pathetic; the only good thing is the space. Outdated, poorly maintained, broken furniture (like the sofa bed), dirty with stains from not having been cleaned in a long time, leaking water from the air conditioning vents, the bathroom with a showerhead that doesn't stay upright, faucets from another century, the toilet very small (and we are thin), room windows that didn't close well, letting all kinds of noises from the pool (music, voices, etc.) into the room. The hotel is located next to a bus station, so from the room you can hear the noises of the buses arriving and leaving at all hours, in addition to losing temperature as the cold air from the air conditioning escapes due to the poor closing of the windows. 3rd Inside the elevators there is no air conditioning; the heat is suffocating; I wouldn't want to think about getting stuck inside the elevator. 4th The pool is too small and, although we didn't see it very crowded during the time we were there, I wouldn't want to think about how it would get if most of the guests decided to go down to the pool. 5th The buffet, one of the worst I've seen in a hotel, and we've already been to quite a few. It was a tiny, very small bar; besides having no variety, the food was of terrible quality and the same with breakfast. As we say, the staff saves the hotel a bit, as they tried at all times to satisfy the guest, because otherwise, it's a place to run away from. I don't know where they give out the stars, but it's clear that this hotel must have gotten theirs in a bag of potato chips.
