Absolutely the worst hotel ever. No facilities open only few places. Room has no fridge or kettle or hairdryer. Only allowed glass of water no bottled unless you buy them. Food was so bad I got pot noodles from shop. Flies everywhere full off loud Russians shouting banging walls. Staff were rude, and not accommodating. No room inside for events, no seats for capacity of holiday makers.

Advertised as an all inclusive hotel, yet even the most basic of alcohol and none alcoholic options were missing from the menu… as you can see in the picture. Where’s the hot chocolate? The brandy? The wine is discussing, great if you want a stomach ache tomorrow! Everything’s filed with sugar to disguise how terrible the drinks are. No atmosphere at the main reception bar, very crowded, no music but it does have one big (ish) tv at one end which rowdy men were shouting at. Not enough seats and not warm enough. Only seen the food in the snack bar so far and chips with hotdogs are not what I will be eating? Were the healthy options? The fruit?
