The hotel service was good. Good cleaning, very high hotel cleanliness, excellent delicious food. They need to do more activities for children and have a playroom for children. And not to take extra money from the existing game room, but to make another room with lots of games. Having a trampoline will be very cool, fun for the kids.

The hotel left an exclusively pleasant impression, and first of all, I want to note its ideal location. To the central promenade of Sunny Beach and the main street of the resort — literally a few minutes walk. At the same time, the hotel itself is on a quiet street. Although it's hard to call it completely quiet: there are many families with children at the hotel, the kids are actively enjoying life, and that's normal. However, around 11:00 PM, when the bars close and the little ones go to sleep, the long-awaited silence arrives. The guest contingent is mainly family, with many tourists from Romania and Ukraine, and also guests from Poland, Serbia, Turkey, and Moldova. I would like to note separately that the audience is very pleasant and cultured. The hotel grounds are small, but well-organized. The poolside lounge area allows you to spend time comfortably even in the hottest hours. Before lunch, the shade from the trees saves you here, and after lunch, the shade from the hotel building itself. Pool without heating. In August, the water in it was a little cooler than the sea, but it was this freshness in the heat that was more of a pleasant bonus. Subtle animation: aqua-zumba, darts, water polo. In the evening - mini-disco for children and various programs for guests. Something interesting - a Bulgarian evening, a circus and fire show. I especially liked the signature "Alaska" party. The only remark is that the evening programs didn't always start exactly on time: sometimes 10-15 minutes earlier, and we were just late, and sometimes, on the contrary, half an hour later. The standard room is very spacious, with a large terrace. Snow-white linen, good cleaning, regularly replenished shower gel and shampoo. Upon arrival, there was a nice complimentary gift - rose water from the legendary Bulgarian rose. Drinking water in the room was replenished daily - 0.5 L per person. In addition, there are quite a few coolers on the hotel grounds. I especially want to note the cleanliness. All hotel areas, including public spaces and recreation areas, were constantly and well cleaned. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel employs staff from Ukraine, the Philippines, and Uzbekistan; the hotel management and certain departments are Bulgarian. Check-in and check-out took literally a few minutes. From small downsides - the elevator is practically constantly busy. Guests have to wait for it a long time, so many prefer to take the stairs. Without luggage it's quite normal, but with suitcases, strollers, and small children it's not always convenient. Nutrition is a separate story. The food here is truly luxurious, generous, and very diverse. If we are talking about fish, noble varieties were served almost daily: trout, tuna, mackerel, and others. Once, they prepared magnificent red fish in a hot salt crust—it was not only delicious but also very impressive. Various sushi several times a week. One could talk about the variety of other dishes for a very long time. Meat, cuts, vegetables, fruits, desserts - everything in great abundance. Children, of course, are especially happy about the separate fast food stand. Between main meals, there is a snack bar where you can get burgers, hot dogs, french fries, ice cream, fruits, and other snacks. A large selection of drinks. I would like to specifically mention the coffee: the hotel has four coffee machines that prepare various types of truly high-quality bean coffee. The machines work fast, so there are no queues, the coffee is really hot. The hotel's location is very convenient for independent trips. A wonderful alternative to evening relaxation at the hotel is a trip to Old Nessebar. About a 10-minute walk to the pier, the boats run regularly, the travel time is about 25 minutes, the cost is 10 euros. To the bus stop is about a 6-7 minute walk. You can get to Nesebra by bus in 15-20 minutes, the cost is 1.60 euros. Overall, MPM Kalina Garden left a great impression. This is a good location, spacious rooms, excellent food, impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and a well-organized area. A great option for those who like the "everything together, everything convenient, and you don't have to worry about anything" format. The hotel is truly conducive to a good, comfortable vacation.

Distance from the beach is quite ok, 5 min walking, nice and wide beach with paid sunbeds but close there is a sheets area as well. Very close to the center, with shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, entertainment. The hotel rooms needs renovation but I am sure they know that. The bathroom is ok, nice balcony, big room, useful furniture, white and clean sheets, white towels. The public areas are clean, a lot of bars, drinks available until late evening, ice cream is very good, the food is diverse and very good. This is a big plus. They make efforts to have variety, nice appetizers, a lot of meat nicely cooked, a lot of fish which is also great, the coffee in the morning is good. Water in the room every day, a big plus, small present in the room, towels at the pool which is very comfortable. Zumba at the pool is very fun and animation team very nice! Overall a very nice and comfortable vacation at Kalina Garden Sunny Beach! Thank you
