Where you arrive as a solo traveler and leave as a king! Who actually says that you need company for a perfect vacation? I just spent a dream vacation at the Side Crown Serenity and can only say: It was magnificent! A very big and special compliment goes to the hotel manager, Mr. Cenk. It was impressive to see how he built up the staff and was always present among the guests himself. This outstanding leadership is reflected throughout the entire hotel. My absolute rock in the surf was also the guest relations team, led by Ms. Fatma Ünal. She not only had an open ear for absolutely every concern at all times, but was also the good soul of the resort. With her unbeatable good mood, she is always in contact with all guests and simply infects everyone – professional, modest, and with an infectious smile. An equally big compliment is deserved by housekeeping: Mr. Muhammed Mete cleaned my room absolutely flawlessly and thoroughly every day – a fantastic service! Another big compliment goes to the lobby bar manager, Mr. Muhammed Derinsu, for his great team leadership. This professionalism was felt in the entire service and in every drink. In general, this warmth runs through the entire team. Whether in service or in the kitchen: Everyone is extremely nice, attentive, and absolutely professional. And while we're on the subject of the kitchen – a huge compliment goes to the head chef! The first-class and incredibly diverse food selection in the restaurant was a culinary love letter. Regardless of whether fish, light or dark meat: There was plenty of choice for every taste (and quite a bit of work for my scale at home). Congratulations on this magnificent achievement! To balance out the calories again, the fine sandy beach was perfect. The sea slopes wonderfully shallow – ideal for a leisurely cool-down without going under immediately. And the pizza as well as the snacks at the beach bar? Let's put it this way: Simply excellent! Conclusion: A huge thank you to the hotel manager Mr. Cenk, to Ms. Fatma Ünal, Mr. Mhammed Mete, Mr. Muhammed Derinsu, and the entire hotel team for this unforgettable vacation. I came as a solo traveler and am leaving as a huge fan. Absolute recommendation!

We were kicked out of the hotel, after only 5 days out of the 14 we were supposed to stay. I allegedly disturbed other guests. At the hotel came the gendarmerie, the hotel security man, and of course the hotel manager for guest relations (woman) Shameful act, I will not return to that hotel again. The guests were visibly disturbed to see 3 uniformed gendarmes fully equipped came to hotel at the invitation the manager. The English language is unknown to all staff, even the manager has a very rudimentary knowledge of the English language. It was very difficult for me to explain something in plain English, since the staff spoke to me in Turkish. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Housekeeping is stilling stuff from the guest rooms.

This is a terrible establishment, with awful staff, terrible food, and terrible cleanliness. How can it be so bad and still get 5 stars? The only nice thing is that the pool is very large; there's not a single positive thing about it. They probably don't even pay their employees, so they take it out on the guests. It's a awful place; I wouldn't recommend throwing your money away.
