One of the worst experiences as far as accommodation is concerned; we booked the executive room. The room seemed to be fine; after two days, we started finding things. The room carpet, with a suspicious stain that was gross to touch, looked like feces; the rest of the carpet was dirt brown. The dishwasher broke, and they told us that maintenance would come by, which never happened; they disconnected the dishwasher, and we had to throw away what we had in the fridge. When we left, there was still visible dirt on the carpet. The feeling that they say nice words and then ignore you. A week with that feeling... The breakfast was good, that's why the stars.

Wonderful experience at this property in Prague: we were traveling as a couple with our dog; we got a perfectly equipped and furnished apartment (comfortable bed; well-organized bathroom; very large closets), very modern and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers a very rich and very well-made breakfast and has a 24/7 reception where food and drinks can also be purchased. It has an underground parking garage connected to the hotel. The center of Prague can be reached easily on foot, without the need for public transport. In short, an absolutely perfect stay, from every point of view. Highly recommended!!!

Hotel is certainly not 4 star - room is very basic. Student accommodation comes to mind. Rooms are only cleaned after 4 days. Pillows are completely flat and extremely uncomfortable. Asked to use towels as long as possible. I think towels should be changed on a daily basis along with room clean. No information in room as per contact number for reception. Came back at 4pm after long day sightseeing to have a shower, no clean towels - came to reception and receptionist shrugged his shoulders. Waited almost an hour for towels and lady who brought them reeked of cigarette smoke. Thank goodness we are leaving tomorrow. We stayed at Grandior last Xmas which was absolutely beautiful. We only booked this hotel as it advertised a roof terrace and closer to attractions - this is also questionable. Please note prices at time were equal. If you like a clean, comfortable hotel room dont stay here.
