If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m giving one star only because the beach itself was beautiful, which has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was a complete disappointment. The food was very poor, repetitive, and practically the same every single day. Honestly, I think you could get better food in prison. There was almost no variety at all. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms and other areas were dirty. Housekeeping came into our room, but when we returned, you could barely tell that anything had been cleaned. We even ran out of toilet paper and had to personally go and ask for some, even though the cleaning lady had just been in our room and didn’t replace it. The staff were generally very unfriendly and unhelpful. Whenever you try to explain a problem, there is no solution. Many of them do not speak English, and it often feels like they are not even interested in trying to understand you in another language. Overall, I find this hotel extremely poor. We have stayed in Bulgaria before, also in a four-star hotel — Barceló — and the difference was huge. The food there was much better and the overall standard was far higher. The entertainment and activities are also very disappointing. There is almost nothing to do, so the children get bored and so do the adults. The selection of drinks is very limited as well, with only a few basic options and some mixed alcoholic drinks. The fridge in our room did not work, and the internet connection was also very poor. Overall, we are extremely disappointed and this hotel was definitely not worth the money. For the same price, you can find much better hotels with far better conditions and services. Another thing we disliked was the situation at the beach. They are very strict and aggressive about where you can sit. You are not even allowed to put your towel down in certain areas without paying because they claim it is a private beach. The sunbeds are also very expensive for what is offered — around €17 per day, which I consider far too much considering the quality and conditions. I would definitely not return to this hotel. Before booking, I strongly recommend looking at other options, because there are much better hotels in Bulgaria for the same amount of money.

I'm very satisfied from my experience with Blue Pearl hotel. The location is perfect - right in front of the beach, with amazing view. The food is very tasty and various. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a great vacation there and I will be back for sure. A big thanks to the staff of the Blue Pearl hotel for the amazing stay.

We had 7 nights stand at the hotel and we are very satisfied. The location is perfect - right on the beach. The rooms are big and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the food was tasty and various. The view from our room was amazing. Perfect atmosphere for a summer vacation. The staff of the hotel is very kind and diligent. We will definitely come back!
