I don't tend to write many reviews but I feel like this hotel deserves one after reading all the negative reviews and remembering how worried we felt prior to coming, we were so relieved how relaxing this holiday was for us as a family with young children. Staff are friendly and attentive, the pool was great for the kids especially when they fixed the water slide, the grounds are immaculate and stunning. Our room was basic and a little bit tired but we expected that with the price we paid, however the cleaner cleaned it immaculate every day, our outlook from our balcony on the other hand was stunning sea view and right next to a small greek chapel. I was quite happy with the food options as I sometimes think there can be too many options and you feel over faced, we did book the half board option, maybe I would have felt abit differently if I'd have booked all inclusive. We loved how relaxed the whole vibe was because there was no entertainment on an evening our kids made plenty of friends with the other children in the hotel it was so nice to see them playing in the park until 10pm most evenings and just being children. We fell in love with all the cats around the hotel grounds. Also it's a perfect location and just a short stroll to Almyrida beach with plenty of restaurants, bars and my sons favourite was Mia's gelato cafe serving waffles and milkshakes. Please if you've booked this hotel go with an open mind and try not let the negative reviews get in your head and remember it is a 3 star hotel.

Rooms The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and very uncomfortable. Nothing looked like the photos, and I was extremely disappointed. Nearby Activities There was very little to do nearby, and the hotel provided no useful information or recommendations. Overall, it was a very disappointing location. Safety I did not feel safe during my stay. The hotel seemed poorly managed, and there was little attention given to guests’ safety and comfort. Walkability The area is not pleasant for walking. There are very few places you can easily reach on foot, making it inconvenient for guests. Restaurants & Bars The food was of very poor quality with little variety. The drinks and service were equally disappointing. I would not recommend eating or drinking here

Its a nice hotel, great location and nice facilities. There is small things to do about the service and facilities that easy would be fixed to make the stay even more pleasant. But I would like to give Kiki a 5 star, she is so friendly, happy, organized, and so serviceminded, and if there is a problem anywhere she is there to fix it with a smile on her face, she is GREAT.
