This is a hotel we've been choosing for 4 years. We haven't had any complaints so far. We leave satisfied every year. If you're looking for a fun holiday and a hotel with good value for money, we recommend it. We were most pleased with the animation; the hotel's activities were packed with entertainment from morning till night. Thanks to the animation manager, Mr. Sinan, and the animator, Selime, for their attention and entertainment.

In a word, honestly, it's terrible. I don't even know where to begin. The food variety is zero, the animation team is zero, there's karaoke, but no activities like gözleme (Turkish flatbread) or darts on Sundays. Alcohol is available, but the service is zero. When you ask for something, the waiters' reaction is zero; they just say they don't have glasses. You'll have to make do with that. It's a hotel I regret staying at. They probably gave themselves the stars. There's parking outside, room cleaning is only done if you ask, and the sheets are changed every three days. There's so much more to say, but I don't know. There will be people who say the hotel is nice, and I respect that, but I suspect they've never been to a hotel before. In short, it's only slightly better than home.
