We had a family holiday at Festa Via Pontica but unfortunately we only booked 1 week.. wishing we booked 2! The hotel staff are very welcoming and polite, the Hotel was clean and cool. The food had great variety and rotated each day. No complaints. The room was cool but we didnt work out the aircon properly so it was rather a desert or the north pole. The Value and Atmosphere and Location matched the price perfectly. Will definitely be returning.

So we arrived early hours of the morning and was given a bag with a sandwich, bottle of water and piece of fruit, The water was well received, the rest not so much. The room itself was spacious and clean, although on my requests I asked for quiet and low floor, I did get a low floor but backing onto the entertainment stage 🙄... luckily entertainment finished earlier than my kids bedtime. Food was acceptable to me, always something I could eat, however the children's options were not great for a lot of the meals, so my children got sick of fries and pasta quite quickly and I had to take them out to eat. Drinks were mediocre, and i have no idea why but Iced Tea was only available in the dining room at lunch and tea, but alcohol was freely available at every bar, purchased my own iced tea because the soft drinks left a lot to be desired. The Winery was somewhat misold says its open from 6-10pm but you have to book a seat for the dining experience and you are only allowed to do it once, that was whether you were on a 1 or 2 week break, so yh doesnt actually have a winery on site just a room which has been decorated and bottled wine from the local winery which is available at the bar anyway, the meal was alright though. Entertainment is on 6 days a week, the only quiet day is a Monday, although there are two pools to choose from so their was an option if you didn't want to listen to the same 20 songs played on loop twice daily, whilst overly enthusiastic people were trying to get you to do aqua aerobics. Also the younger lifeguard (we nicknamed him the fun police) was constantly telling my children no jumping and blowing his whistle at them, whilst other children were doing the exact same, the signs say ko diving, not no jumping. Had a strange interaction with one of the cleaners asking me for pants ??? Ok next the location, was isolated, not somewhere I'd recommend and I'm gutted because it was between this one and the Festa Panorama which I wish that I had booked because the hotel in itself wasn't terrible, but the location is rubbishs ! Bus stop at the end of the Rd so you can get to Sunny Beach or Nessebar on public transport. Although the experience was not the worst I've ever had, would I come back, no.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Everything clean and well maintained. There is a lot to do with a very nice animation team. Beautiful swimming pool, fitness center, and playground. Lies on the beach. Well-varied buffet, with a different choice every day.
