Hotel Diamond sunny beach,does not pull at either 4*,maximum 3*,of the pluses just given bracelet at 11 and can at 12 go to the restaurant to eat, check in at 14:00 strictly.Chol large,there is a playground,trampoline,children's pool ,animators only in the evening,but not every day.Operating snack bar from 11 to 23 Lobby bar from 10 to 17(there's delicious coffee from 10 to 12)👍 Further downsides, when checking in there was a feeling that only wiped the floor, the room is not cleaned practically, there are no hygiene products (only through the administrator you can achieve - shampoo, soap, paper), the closet where to fold your clothes, also not cleaned for a very long time, had to wipe themselves with wet wipes, the main corridors along the passage to the rooms are practically not cleaned. Above our room,from 16 to 22 the feeling that there are elephants,the issue was solved through the girl(thank her)at the reception.unfortunately, the guy Ivan from the reception, advised that only after 23:00 you can once again inform at the reception, and what to do those with babies small,the room we got outside, is very noisy from cars,....Who likes silence,or who have small babies, do not recommend.Feed give or take normal.We have something to compare, so this hotel does not recommend.👎

I am not happy with the diamond hotel in Sunny beach, poor service and dirty. They come into the rooms when we sleep, and they can't speak English. It is all inclusive so you can get ice cream, slush, beer etc. but when you ask, they look at you strangely, and if you ask for two ice cream, they give you one. Extremely poor service and unhappy. These also have to take a smile course, smiles are bad at.

Very nice, Hotel. Very good cleaning in the rooms and the catering staff was exceptional service minded. I would clearly recommend this Hotel..!
