Good afternoon. Just came from Trakia. Let's start with the pluses: a cozy, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, more child-friendly. If you're with little kids, then it's definitely for you. And now the downside: Room service is disgusting. Food: monotonous. Animation: no adult animation Drinks in the lobby bar: nothing or anything. It's impossible to drink. Snack bar: hot dog and ciabatta. It doesn't taste good at all.
