Greetings! The restaurant team was excellent; the waiters and busboys were working hard, I congratulate them all. The kitchen team was equally good. I congratulate Atakan and Borat from the animation team for their dedicated work, but there were no pool games for young children; the hotel management apparently didn't allow it. There was a kids' club, but it was indoors, meaning children naturally prefer the pool and its surroundings to the indoor area... There should have been water games for children, even if it was only for 20 minutes; we weren't happy about that, to be honest. The rooms were amazing, like home rather than a hotel room, but the distances were far, but the comfort was worth it. We did our laundry every day, there was even an iron and ironing board 😊 There was also a tennis court, very nice, but the rackets were broken and there were missing balls. The animation team organized a golf activity, but I think they made the plan without agreement with the reception. All the children were prepared, and there were no golf balls at the reception; the animation team only found out at that moment... Congratulations to the lady who distributed the towels, she managed so many people well 😊✌️ Oh, and always! Thanks to our bellboy Atakan, who brought the slides to our room 😊 The kitchen team was fantastic, I'll say it again, the team's supervisors work very hard, that's what caught my attention, great dedication. The slides are small but enough for us, we don't want them too big or long anyway, I guess that's all. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.
