This used to be a very nice, pleasant, and quiet place, located near the sea and the beach. The location hasn't changed. The hotel staff is still very polite and helpful, the rooms are small but clean and quite comfortable. But in the last couple of years, the type of guest has changed radically. Most of the guests are now ill-mannered and rude ukrainians, who are inescapable, and whose screams are constantly heard. And to top it all off, there are hundreds upon hundreds of small children screaming, crying, and running around you in the dining room, on the paths, on the beach, everywhere. If all this doesn't bother you, then feel free to come here for an adventure.

The hotel itself is very nice, with good facilities and a pleasant location. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious incident. One evening we returned to our room and found the door open. My husband's wedding ring, which had been left on the bedside table, was missing. We immediately informed reception, but apart from an apology, no meaningful investigation or follow-up was offered. We were also disappointed by the lack of flexibility regarding parking arrangements on our departure day, despite being BlueSun Hotels Gold Members. While the property has many positive qualities, the way these issues were handled left us feeling disappointed and significantly affected our overall experience.

We arrived on the thirtieth of April, and are staying until tomorrow (2nd May). Overall, we had a very pleasant experience, even though the location is very isolated and distant from any bigger cities. All staff are very friendly and the hospitality level is on the higher end, rooms are clean and cozy, a gym has all the essentials, and the beach is very near. Food is exellent, every meal is different and they serve everything from tuna steak, rissoto to pizza. Would highly reccomend.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful coastal area with two other hotels close by. My room , on the 5th floor had superb views over the bay, There is no swimming pool at this hotel although there are places nearby where you can enter the sea, no sand , just pebbles. I was staying half board. The dining experience was deplorable. The room resembled a school canteen and the food was mediocre. Sitting outside in the courtyard was a slight improvement but there was no pleasure eating there. The staff did their best , but for a supposed 4 * hotel they need to completely upgrade the dining room.

Room - nice and clean Food - excelent breakfast and good dinner - no drink included in dinner, water, even potable is not included Beach - beautiful peable beach, minus to expensive sunbeds, tip bring your own Minus - parking, we had unpleasent experience at ckeck out. We payed for parking and wanted to stay for few more hours after check out. We were informed night before that after check out we have to pay 4 euros for every aditional hour which was aceptable. But we were ignored and forced to pay daily parking ticket (30 euros) instead of 12 agreed euros for aditional three hours
