We have been unfortunate enough to have been here for two nights so far and we are having such a miserable experience that we have booked alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay as we cannot bear it any longer. This place is so run down it’s hard to even describe. All the bottoms of all the doors are water damaged, the bathroom is disgusting, basic, and floods every time the shower is on for even 5 minutes. The other guests are what make this place worse than it even needs to be. It clearly attracts the wrong type of person. We were kept awake until the early hours by our threatening and abusive neighbours playing ear crashingly deafening music which didn’t stop even after we complained and reception called the police. The people in the room have clearly just awoken at 3.30pm and starting the next party already. The staff are rude, the servicing of the rooms is non existent and you have to ask for basics like clean towels, something other than a sheet to use as covers. I brought some rubbish out a short while ago since nobody had been in to service our room and was basically told they would take it away as a favour for me. Not exactly sure what else I am supposed to do with trash. The bed is so incredibly uncomfortable. As hard as a board with poorly fitting sheets and useless pillows. The pool is dirty with terribly maintained grass and unsightly broken tiles. The location looks good until you realise you are next to only a handful of restaurants and that the closest beach is the worst one in this area. In short. Do not stay here. It should be shut down.

We are here now and sadly we won't be back. The location is great and the studio is ok but we don't feel safe. There are so many thieves around, you cannot turn your back for a second , we left towels and swimwear to dry and twice it was stolen while in the apartment in daytime.

Absolutely full of FLEA'S ........ they are supposed to change the bedsheets every four days, obviousl in the sun you naturally sweat so four days is too long, but sadly they can't count because after 10 days my sheets were still not changed i virtually had to beg them do change them, eventually they did BUT because i complained my sheets were changed with dirty disgusting old sheets full of bedbugs and fleas's ........ ABSOULETLY DISGUSTING

This has genuinely turned into a holiday from hell. We stayed for a week and still have two nights left, but at this point we just want to go home. Most nights have been noisy because the walls are paper thin, but tonight has been absolutely unbearable. It’s after 1am and guests are still screaming, shouting, banging around and keeping everyone awake. Families and children are trying to sleep but there seems to be zero consideration from other guests and absolutely no control from management. I spoke to reception tonight to complain about the noise and were basically told there was nothing they could do and that we should call the Civil Guard ourselves. Completely unacceptable response from staff whose job is supposed to be managing the hotel and looking after guests. The problems started long before tonight. The bathroom drains smell disgusting and we actually had to go out and buy air fresheners ourselves just to cover the smell. Towels were missing when we arrived, and the blind in the living room is broken so you can’t keep the heat out during the day, making the apartment uncomfortable to sit in. When we tried speaking to reception earlier in the stay about the missing towels and broken blind, the staff were rude, dismissive and clearly not interested in helping. We were brushed off almost immediately. To make things worse, the pool was also closed for maintenance for over a day during our stay, which was really disappointing when you pay for facilities you expect to use on holiday. Overall this place feels badly managed, poorly maintained and completely uninterested in guest comfort. We’ve spent more time stressed, exhausted and frustrated than relaxed. We would never return and honestly recommend people save their money and book somewhere else.
