Very good Good food Good stay and 5-star entertainment, very friendly and fun

If you don’t mind long queues for breakfast lunch and dinner then you will be ok never before have I experienced such a situation at an all inclusive totally took the relaxation out of the holiday atmosphere once you get through the long queu that goes way past reception to the entrance then you have the ordeal of finding a table during the stress of everyone doing the same! This experience caused me high anxiety that along with rude bad tempered canteen staff more like butlins in the sun I’m afraid never again! Positive note nice reception staff ok rooms food ok if you can enjoy it and sit down to relax is not possible

The food and the restaurant service are very good. The room cleanliness is horrible, we have been here since August 29, we are still at the hotel and it seems shameful to me how poorly they clean, or rather, they do not clean the room and the bathroom is disgusting every day.
