We are still staying here. We would like to thank the animation team; they helped us have some fun and calm our nerves. However, the hotel management, staff, and especially the cleaning staff showed zero interest, zero respect, and we were met with a look that said, "Why did you come here?" We will never choose this hotel again and definitely do not recommend it.

The animation team was great, they were friendly and we had a wonderful time.

I am very happy with the hotel, the rooms are clean, the food is great and the pool is very nice. See you next year, Arsi Bulur family.
