We've just returned from a week at this hotel. It was a good experience as far as staff, facilities and food were concerned but the accommodation really does need updating. We were four in a two-bedroomed appartment which was really quite cramped. The furniture was quite shabby, light fittings broken and the sink was partially blocked. There wasn't very much room to move around as the beds were very large. There was very little surface area available - nowhere to put a suitcase to open it and then store it. However, the cleaning staff were excellent and we had fresh sheets every day. The food was excellent and very varied and the staff in the restaurant and reception were very helpful, although it was extremely noisy in the restaurant, probably due to the tiled surfaces and constant noise from the scraping of the chairs on the floor surface. I would not recommend this hotel for older people. Its very busy and noisy. My grandchildren loved all the water facilities and the varied food.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We chose the hotel mainly for the water park, so that our son could enjoy it to the fullest. However, for us, one of the great discoveries was the F1 simulators. We heard a family talking about them and asked an entertainment staff member, but she didn't know how to tell us what they were or where to find them. We finally discovered them in the cafeteria. It is a shame that this activity is not advertised more within the hotel, because we would have loved to enjoy it much more and not discover it almost at the end of our stay.

Just got home today and miss it already. My honest review below. 10/10 Rooms - clean and tidy bit out dated by literally only slept and washed in there as we were enjoying the hotel for the rest of it. Food - plenty of choice in the restaurant. Also enjoyed the outdoor dining. Which was street food and Italian night. The snack bar had lots on offer also but was sometimes cold. Bar - everyone works flat out at the bar and even in the heat they always were friendly and happy. Entertainment team - This is what makes the holiday for us. Nico and Manel and the rest of the team were brilliant my favourite show of the holiday was the entertainers show absolutely hilarious. Constantly entertaining all day long whether it be kids club, pool party, colour fest or night activities it’s just brilliant. Can’t fault them. Also we are out at Bricklane one evening and I can recommend the food and service. Also Rara across the road do a nice breaky and yummy smoothies.
