very bad experience staf behavior was terrible specially taverna

I don’t recommend this place. It is extremely overpriced for what you get. We stayed in Felicia, and unfortunately, the building was in terrible condition. The rooms were spacious, but that was about the only positive thing I can say. Everything was old and poorly maintained. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, there were spiders and ants everywhere, and there was mold in the bathroom. The room also had a terrible musty smell, and the AC was very loud. The food was another major disappointment. You had to go right when the service started if you wanted warm food, because by the middle of the service, almost everything was already cold. The selection of dishes and drinks was very poor. The “coffee” served in the taverna was terrible and was only available during breakfast. Lunch was the worst meal, with very little choice. I even had to buy food for my children from the hotel café because there was so little suitable food available at lunch. Both the hotel and the taverna were dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. The beautiful views and beaches were the only real positives of our stay.

Don’t think the negative reviews are exaggerated – they’re correct. We were informed about “partial sea views”, which in practice meant views straight into another building – no sea views at all. The hotel is extremely dated and feels like it has not been renovated in decades. Several buildings are in disrepair and there are no elevators, so you have to carry all your luggage yourself on the stairs. The food was the worst we have received in any hotel in Croatia. The buffet is also served about 200 metres from the property. The pool area has a great view, but feels dirty and the pool has clear discolorations around the vents. The fact that music plays every day through a cracked speaker says a lot about the hotel's lack of maintenance. There are also no pool towels to borrow. The only thing that deserves praise is the friendly staff at the bar at the reception. We have stayed in several two-star hotels that have been much cleaner and had higher standards than this. The hotel does not live up to its three stars and we will not return.
